About the role

Glofluence is a performance-marketing platform where brands pay only for verified actions taken by people who match their industry and interests, and participants earn side income by engaging with products they like. It launched in Nigeria in April 2026 and is scaling fast. As Head of Growth you will lead growth across participants and brands, run day-to-day operations with the team and report directly to the CEO, leading the social and marketing team member.

Key responsibilities

• Lead participant acquisition across channels such as Nairaland, Facebook, Instagram, X, WhatsApp and others.
• Lead business acquisition via LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Own social media and engagement, building a community voice through games, challenges and real participant stories rather than AI-generated content.
• Plan and manage paid ads against clear cost targets.
• Moderate community conversations and handle participant and brand questions carefully.
• Keep operations running smoothly across the team.

Required profile

• 2-3+ years in growth marketing, customer acquisition or business development, ideally at a startup.
• Experience turning awareness into active, returning users, not just signups.
• Business development strength: spotting opportunities, building partnerships and bringing new businesses on board.
• Fluency in the startup world and in Nigerian internet culture; a background in business, marketing, economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proof of something you've grown: a community, a page or a user base.
• Comfort with analytics, testing and automation tools, and hands-on design and copywriting skills, plus confident use of AI tools.

What we offer

• Salary of ₦300,000-₦400,000 per month, plus monthly performance bonuses and a 90-day completion bonus.
• ₦40,000 monthly data allowance.
• 100,000 stock options with standard vesting and cliff.
• A clear path to a C-suite role, with a formal review after the first 90 days.
