Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Korrency is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute its marketing strategy across Canada, the UK and Europe. You will lead paid acquisition, funnel optimization and analytics while managing a remote team of specialists and freelancers.

Key responsibilities

• Define the marketing strategy, channel mix and quarterly plan with clear targets.
• Allocate and manage the paid acquisition budget across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels.
• Run campaigns, conduct audience and creative testing, and optimise the install‑to‑transaction funnel.
• Own marketing analytics, attribution, cohort analysis and regular performance reporting.
• Lead the lifecycle and content specialists and coordinate freelance designers and creators.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and customer experience to improve the customer journey.

Required profile

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing for a consumer mobile app, with budget ownership.
• Experience managing paid acquisition on Meta and Google, targeting audiences in Canada, the UK or Europe.
• Proven record of improving conversion rates with measurable results.
• Experience leading a small team or managing specialists and agencies.
• B.Sc. or HND, NYSC completed or exempted, and reliable remote work setup.

Required skills

• Meta, Google (Ads) campaign management.
• Analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4.
• Lifecycle platforms like Customer.io or Braze (nice to have).
• Creative testing and optimisation.

What we offer

• Independent contractor engagement, full‑time remote work.
• Monthly salary between ₦700,000 and ₦1,000,000, paid in Naira.
• Regular overlap with Canadian (Toronto) business hours.
