Graphic/Media Manager

About the role

Hope 360 Aid is seeking a Graphics and Media Manager in Maiduguri to lead its visual storytelling and digital presence. The role creates high-quality communication assets that amplify the organisation's humanitarian mission, engage the public and support resource mobilisation, while keeping all media outputs aligned with core values, branding standards and safeguarding protocols across WASH, Health, Education and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Create professional visual assets such as flyers, brochures, infographics, presentations and digital newsletters for campaigns and events.
• Oversee social media channels and the website, running content calendars that match strategic priorities.
• Capture and edit high-quality photography and video from field activities, reflecting programme achievements within ethical standards.
• Manage digital assets and enforce brand consistency, meeting donor logo and visibility requirements.
• Work with program teams to turn field data and success stories into narratives that support fundraising and advocacy.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on content production, approvals and publication schedules.
• Uphold data protection and safeguarding policies, securing informed consent and protecting beneficiaries' dignity and safety.
• Generate regular performance reports on media activity, tracking engagement metrics and recommending ways to improve digital reach.
