Graduate Development Program – 12-Month Rotational

About the role

The Sterling Management Development Program (SMDP) is a 12‑month rotational graduate scheme designed to give emerging professionals cross‑functional exposure within Sterling Bank. Participants will rotate through key business units, gaining practical experience and developing leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four to six month rotations across different departments such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk, and Operations.
• Participate in project assignments that contribute to business objectives.
• Engage with senior leaders and attend development workshops.
• Provide analytical support and prepare reports for each rotation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or relevant professional certification from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years post‑NYSC work experience in any sector.
• Age not exceeding 32 years at the time of application.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
