Finance Manager

About the role

MykroGrid, an energy company providing clean and reliable power solutions, is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager. The role covers financial reporting, accounting and financial controls, producing accurate financial statements and giving management reliable insights. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial planning.
• Oversee reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing.
• Ensure tax compliance, audit readiness and effective internal controls.
• Analyse project profitability, costs and financial performance.
• Advise management on financial risks and business performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Mandatory ACA, ACCA or ICAN qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years' finance experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements and identify financial discrepancies.
• Excellent analytical skills, integrity, accountability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and taxation.
• Advanced Excel.
