About the role
Hilton seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial operations for its hotel, aligning financial strategy with the brand’s goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences through sound financial stewardship.
Key responsibilities
- Drive financial strategy by overseeing all financial operations to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Direct the preparation of annual plans, projections, and budgets, providing insights for business decisions.
- Serve as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, ownership, and department heads.
- Uphold GAAP compliance and safeguard assets through strong financial controls.
- Oversee systems and processes to ensure accurate, efficient, and transparent financial reporting.
- Authorize sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses to maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Develop and retain a high‑performing finance team through performance management and professional development.
