Digital Skills and Communications Associate

About the role

BYY Innovations Limited is looking for an energetic entry-level Digital Skills and Communications Associate to strengthen its digital education efforts and internal communications. The role works alongside the team to lead digital literacy sessions, create content for social media and public relations, and handle key administrative and creative tasks. It offers a guided-learning environment to build hands-on skills in digital strategy, content creation and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on designing and delivering digital skills training programs for youth and community members.
• Create and curate content for social media, newsletters and digital PR initiatives.
• Document program activities and compile reports on outcomes and impact metrics.
• Help with graphic design and content editing of organizational materials.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for training events and gatherings.
• Build relationships with beneficiaries and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve programs.
• Take part in mentorship and team meetings to grow professional and technical skills.
