Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

The Digital Marketing Officer drives the company's online presence, increases brand awareness, generates quality leads and grows sales across digital platforms. The role covers social media management, content creation, paid advertising, SEO and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement and sales.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and YouTube.
• Create engaging digital content such as graphics, videos, captions and educational posts.
• Plan, schedule and manage a monthly content calendar across all platforms.
• Plan, run, monitor and optimise paid ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok.
• Grow the online community and respond promptly to comments, messages and inquiries.
• Optimise website content and structure for better search rankings (SEO) and organic traffic.
• Monitor traffic, social insights and campaign performance with tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Analyse campaign results and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across channels.
• Write marketing copy for ads, landing pages, product descriptions, email campaigns and promotions.
• Support e-commerce growth through conversion-focused campaigns.
• Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and tools, and carry out other duties assigned by management.
