Creative & Marketing Manager

About the role

Omacart is building a technology-driven marketplace connecting customers, shoppers, retailers and brands through seamless digital and in-store experiences. It is hiring a Creative & Marketing Manager to help shape how the company grows, how its brand is experienced and how its story is told. The role combines growth marketing, brand strategy, creative execution, content, communications, public relations and marketing performance in one collaborative leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute customer acquisition strategies across digital, offline, referral and partnership channels
• Lead campaigns that drive awareness, app downloads, customer acquisition, retention and order growth
• Strengthen brand positioning, visual identity and creative standards
• Develop content and storytelling across social media, web, email and other channels
• Shape messaging, brand voice, communications, PR and product launch narratives
• Establish marketing KPIs and use customer and campaign data to improve performance
• Build scalable marketing processes and help develop the marketing function as the company grows

Required profile

• Experience in technology, e-commerce, logistics, retail, fintech, marketplaces or consumer technology
• Digital marketing, brand strategy, content and social media experience
• Strong communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills

Required skills

• Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• CRM and email marketing
• Marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio or Mixpanel
