Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

390 Technologies builds software that helps businesses organise and run their operations, covering sales, inventory, finance, customers, approvals and team responsibilities. It is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to help more businesses discover 390, understand its products and become customers. This is a hands-on role combining creativity with commercial thinking, working closely with the founder, product team, designers, video producers and colleagues handling enquiries and demos.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that attract prospective customers and generate qualified enquiries.
• Research target customers, understand their needs and identify opportunities to reach them.
• Create campaign concepts and compelling messages for different audiences.
• Plan and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, email and other channels, and write copy, website content, landing pages, emails, video scripts and other materials.
• Work with designers and video producers to deliver campaign creatives.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgets, testing and performance.
• Improve the path from discovery to enquiry, demo request and customer, and gather customer insights with the product and customer-facing teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and explore new channels, content formats, partnerships and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Able to develop marketing ideas based on a clear understanding of the audience and write clear, persuasive copy.
• Can work independently, manage priorities and follow through without constant supervision.
• Experience marketing software, technology products or services to businesses is useful but not required; the quality of thinking, work and results matters more than previous titles.
