Content Creator

About the role

A full-time, on-site Content Creator position based in Lagos. The role develops and produces engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, marketing campaigns and client-facing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Plan content calendars, research industry topics and write and edit copy.
• Create visual or multimedia assets with designers and keep brand consistency across channels.
• Support lead generation and digital marketing through compelling storytelling, performance tracking and optimization based on analytics.
• Work with marketing, sales and consulting teams so content matches client goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in consulting, marketing agencies or business-growth environments is a plus.
• Ability to work in an on-site team in Lagos and manage several projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Writing, editing and basic visual or multimedia production.
• Digital marketing knowledge: brand awareness, lead generation and audience engagement.
• Researching industry trends and turning complex ideas into clear content.
• Familiarity with content management systems, social media tools and basic analytics platforms is an advantage.
