About the role

The Community Operations role is fully remote and open to candidates worldwide. It offers a monthly compensation of $3,000‑$5,000. No prior experience or specific education is required, and the position is full‑time.

Key responsibilities

Manage community traffic, user retention, and activity levels, planning events to promote user engagement and on‑site conversion.
Develop community growth plans to attract new members and enhance participation and interaction frequency.
Seek collaborations with industry KOLs and communities for joint promotions and cross‑community activities.
Independently plan, organize, and execute events, managing budgets and event details.
Conduct research on KOL and community collaborations, developing actionable operational plans.
