Community Assistant

About the role

This role plays a key part in building engagement, communication and performance across a fast-moving network of Sales Agents, Ambassadors and Fellows. It acts as the central coordination hub, making sure opportunities, product launches and training initiatives are delivered on time through WhatsApp. The person manages group dynamics, drives program execution and turns performance data into actionable insights, supporting scalable growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain active WhatsApp groups for Sales Agents, Ambassadors and Fellows
• Share time-sensitive updates, new offers and strategic opportunities across platforms
• Promote new products using WhatsApp Status and targeted group announcements
• Lead and run training sessions, team meetings and onboarding programs
• Plan, coordinate and run outreach and engagement initiatives
• Collect, analyse and turn team performance data into clear, actionable reports
• Monitor engagement metrics and performance trends to spot areas for improvement

Required profile

• 0-2 years of experience in team coordination, communications or program support
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills in fast-paced settings
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who keeps interactions consistent, accurate and professional
• Prior experience in training facilitation, event coordination or team engagement is a plus
