Communications and Media Associate

About the role

The Communications and Media Associate is an entry-level position focused on building the organisation's visibility and impact through strategic storytelling and active media engagement. The Associate supports internal and external communication by producing multimedia content, helping manage digital platforms and documenting the organisation's work and achievements while keeping brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing and producing graphics, videos, photographs, newsletters and reports
• Support the management and scheduling of content across social media and digital channels
• Document events, projects and success stories through visual and written content
• Contribute to creative content for campaigns, awareness initiatives and stakeholder outreach
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials
• Carry out basic research to inform content and communication strategies
• Support website updates and digital content management
• Collaborate with the team to run communication plans and media tasks
• Monitor media coverage and help prepare performance reports on communication activities
• Perform other communications and administrative tasks as assigned
