About the role
The Collection Quality Assurance Officer monitors and improves the quality of collection activities, ensuring compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and customer service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review collection calls and customer interactions for compliance.
- Identify process violations and assess staff performance.
- Recommend corrective actions to boost recovery rates and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and customer service standards.
Required profile
- HND qualification.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
