About the role

The Branch Operations Manager will lead daily branch activities, drive loan disbursement and recovery, mobilise deposits and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and submit accurate performance reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Supervise loan processing, appraisal, approval recommendations and disbursement.
Monitor loan repayments, track Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and implement strategies to reduce defaults.
Drive customer acquisition, deposit mobilisation and loan portfolio growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Required profile

Strong leadership and staff performance management skills.
Proven experience in micro‑finance operations, credit management and risk assessment.
Excellent customer relationship abilities.

Required skills

Loan processing and appraisal.
Recovery and portfolio risk monitoring.
