About the role
As the Wealth Advisory Lead, you will be responsible for leading the wealth advisory team, driving assets under management (AUM) growth, managing high-value investor relationships, and executing client acquisition strategies to support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Wealth Advisory team to achieve individual and collective AUM growth targets
- Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional investors while driving client acquisition initiatives
- Develop and implement investor engagement strategies, referral programs, and wealth management solutions
- Monitor team performance, pipeline activities, and AUM growth while providing regular reports to executive management
- Ensure compliance with KYC requirements, SEC regulations, and internal governance standards
