Travel Consultant

About the role

NJETOURS LTD, a global destination management company based in Lagos, Nigeria, is hiring a full-time on-site Travel Consultant in Lekki. The consultant assists clients with travel arrangements, manages bookings and reservations and provides high-quality customer service, while planning and coordinating travel itineraries and resolving issues that arise during travel planning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel arrangements and provide high-quality customer service
• Manage bookings and reservations
• Plan and coordinate travel itineraries so that customer needs and preferences are met
• Resolve issues that arise during the travel planning process

Required profile

• Expertise in travel consulting, travel management and travel arrangements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous

• Proficiency in handling reservations and bookings
• Strong customer service skills focused on client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and work under pressure
• Knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations is a plus
