About the role
The Bar Back role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Lekki, supporting bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean and ready for service.
Key responsibilities
- Restock beverages, garnishes, glassware and bar supplies throughout service.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area and clear tables or bar counters.
- Assist with basic food and beverage preparation and ensure tools and equipment are ready.
- Interact with guests professionally and support smooth service during busy periods.
- Follow all hygiene, safety and compliance standards set by the venue and management.
Required profile
- Strong customer service skills and a client‑focused attitude.
- Effective communication skills for working with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food & beverage basics, including bar stock and drink components.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift or move bar supplies as needed.
- Attention to detail, cleanliness and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
