About the role
A reputable beach resort in Lekki is looking for a skilled bartender/mixologist to craft cocktails, serve beverages and deliver an outstanding bar experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks.
- Mix and develop drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Take orders, recommend drinks and ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene and proper storage of beverages and equipment.
- Monitor inventory, report low stock and follow safety and responsible‑alcohol procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a barman, mixologist or similar role.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages.
- Professional drink preparation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Smart, presentable, organized and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Lekki, Lagos.
