Training Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Training Manager for its Benin City property to lead Learning & Development initiatives, support employee growth, and ensure high standards of service across the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Learning & Development, ensuring alignment with property and company standards.
• Develop and implement L&D strategies, track key metrics, and adjust initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
• Own the L&D budget and training plan, aligning development activities with guest service, revenue, and operational goals.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely training and coaching.
• Review employee development, training, and succession plans, providing recommendations to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, coordinate Industrial Training Fund (ITF) approvals, and maintain audit documentation.
