Senior International Travel & Relocation Consultant

About the role

The Senior International Travel & Relocation Consultant will guide clients through global mobility journeys, including travel, study, work, and relocation. Based in Abeokuta, you will deliver end‑to‑end advisory and administrative support to ensure smooth visa processing and travel planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation on international travel, study, work and relocation options, assessing eligibility and advising on visa pathways.
• Review, organise and submit client documentation for study, work, tourist, business, conference and permanent residency visas; prepare clients for interviews.
• Advise students on study destinations, coordinate admission applications and support study‑visa documentation.
• Assist clients with international job applications, CV reviews and coordination with recruitment partners.
• Research flight options, create itineraries, handle ticket bookings, changes and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate case records, monitor application progress and communicate updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) experience in travel, visa or relocation services.
• Strong knowledge of visa categories, documentation requirements and global mobility regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
