Remote Salesperson - Digital Solutions

About the role

MicroWeb Tech, a Nigeria-based digital agency, is hiring a full-time remote Salesperson to sell its digital solutions and services. The role covers identifying and qualifying leads, running online meetings or calls with prospects, presenting tailored proposals and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads and run online meetings or calls with prospects
• Present tailored proposals addressing client needs
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with potential and existing clients
• Prepare quotes and close deals
• Collaborate with the delivery team so client expectations are clearly communicated
• Maintain detailed records in CRM tools
• Share feedback on market trends and customer needs to support business growth

Required profile

• Prior sales experience, preferably in digital or technology services
• Ability to work independently and with remote teams across different locations
• A background in business, marketing or related fields and knowledge of the Nigerian or African digital market is beneficial

• Sales and negotiation: prospecting, lead qualification and closing
• Customer relationship and communication: active listening, clear presentation and professional follow-up
• Digital literacy: online marketing concepts, CRM tools and basic productivity software
