About the role
The Finance & Administration Officer will ensure accurate financial records, support management decision‑making and maintain compliance with Nigerian tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books and prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow reports.
- Manage receivables, payables, bank reconciliations and expense processing.
- Monitor cash‑flow and provide timely financial information for decision making.
- Establish financial controls over inventory, sales, expenses and distributor transactions.
- Handle VAT, PAYE, withholding tax and other Nigerian tax obligations.
- Coordinate statutory filings and maintain compliance documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, trading or distribution.
- Minimum HND in a related field; professional accounting qualification preferred.
Required skills
- Strong Excel competence.
- Proficiency with accounting software.
