Event Service Expert

About the role

We are looking for an Event Service Expert to join our Four Points by Sheraton team in Ikot Ekpene. You will help create memorable guest experiences by supporting all aspects of event set‑up, service and breakdown.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange event spaces, including setting up tables, chairs, linens and equipment.
• Transport supplies and materials to and from event locations.
• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely service during events.
• Interact with guests, answer questions and address requests to enhance their experience.
• Break down and clean event areas after functions, ensuring all items are stored correctly.
• Follow safety guidelines, company policies and maintain a professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience in hospitality or event service.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Local Nigerian candidate only.
• No supervisory experience required.
