About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dining operation. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, ensure high service standards, and drive financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant staff and coordinate training programs.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Order supplies, maintain inventory levels, and control stock.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in a similar management role within hospitality.
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
