Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead daily operations of Teestone Hotels and Apartment in Ikeja, overseeing the hotel and serviced‑apartment segments. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures high service standards, guest satisfaction, and smooth coordination across all operational departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services teams, creating schedules and monitoring performance.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare basic financial reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, monitor inventory and supplies, and ensure facilities are well‑maintained.
• Handle guest escalations, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Analyse operational data, recommend process improvements and support senior leadership in achieving occupancy, revenue and quality targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel, serviced‑apartment or hospitality operations management.
• Strong leadership with experience in team supervision, coaching, performance management and staff scheduling.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of health, safety and security standards applicable to hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel property management systems.
• Experience using reservation tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity software.
