Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

KOKO Group, which combines media and information expertise to serve many sectors, is hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive in Lagos. The executive develops, implements and manages marketing campaigns for the company's products and services, covering paid advertising, social media, website optimisation, email and data tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Paid advertising: manage ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and YouTube; optimise budgets and strategies for ROAS; track performance with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite; run retargeting to boost conversions
• Social media: plan content to grow brand presence, work with creators and designers on posts, videos and reels, manage influencer partnerships and monitor engagement and followers
• Website: oversee SEO to improve organic traffic and rankings, optimise product pages and landing pages, and track conversion rates
• Email, WhatsApp and SMS: run email campaigns for retention and promotions, set up marketing automation for lead nurturing, and track open rates and click-through rates
• Data: monitor KPIs with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and CRM tools, and provide weekly and monthly performance reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Analytical, creative and leadership mindset, with strong communication and teamwork skills
