Business Operations & Sales Growth Coordinator

About the role

The Business Operations & Sales Growth Coordinator will drive sales performance, oversee training programmes and execute digital marketing strategies to grow the company’s revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise sales executives, allocate leads, monitor targets and improve sales performance.
• Coordinate training programmes, instructors, learners, schedules and course delivery, and monitor live sessions.
• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies, plan campaigns and content calendars.
• Identify corporate clients, partnerships and new revenue opportunities.
• Oversee customer enquiries, complaints and satisfaction, and provide regular performance reports to the Director.
• Create promotional content such as social media posts, graphics, short videos, email campaigns and course descriptions.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert marketing-generated leads into paying customers and monitor conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in business operations, sales, digital marketing or programme coordination.
• Proven experience supervising a team or coordinating business activities.
• Experience in content creation, social media marketing and digital campaign execution.
• Strong commercial awareness and results‑driven marketing approach.

Required skills

• Canva
• CapCut (or similar video editing tools)
• Meta Ads platform
• Google Workspace and spreadsheet proficiency
• Familiarity with CRM systems
