Area Sales Supervisor - South West

About the role

BIC World is looking for an Area Sales Supervisor to lead Sales Representatives across the South West territory. You will be responsible for achieving sales and gross profit targets while expanding distribution and strengthening relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales and GP targets for assigned territory and product categories.
• Coach, monitor and review performance of Sales Representatives through field accompaniment and regular evaluations.
• Develop and optimise route and journey plans to maximise outlet coverage.
• Drive numeric and weighted distribution, identify new sales opportunities and acquire new outlets.
• Ensure effective stock availability, order generation, delivery follow‑up and cash collection.
• Monitor promotions, merchandising, visibility and new product launches.
• Track competitor pricing and market activities, providing insights to the Regional Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in FMCG sales or business development.
• Proven track record of leading a team of sales reps and meeting distribution and coverage targets.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Self‑driven, organised and comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
