About the role

A growing company is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accurate reporting and handle administrative tasks linked to day-to-day operations. The role suits a proactive person with a strong accounting background and good organisational skills.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Prepare monthly and weekly reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets
Process invoices, payments and employee expense reports
Oversee budget and expenditure tracking
Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry and answering employee questions

Required profile

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required skills

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
