Snooker Boardman / Attendant – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

We are looking for an organized and professional Snooker Boardman/Attendant to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our new snooker venue on 3rd Avenue, Gwarinpa. As the first point of contact, you will ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, high‑quality experience from entry to the end of their session.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, answer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the playing area and surrounding facilities.
• Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Apply workplace safety standards and compliance procedures.
• Oversee daily operations to guarantee a positive visitor experience.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of snooker rules and ability to play snooker at a high level.
• Resident of Gwarinpa or willing to commute daily.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly demeanor with a dedication to delivering a positive guest experience.
• Flexibility to work on‑site with variable hours.
• Previous experience as a snooker boardman/attendant or in a similar hospitality role is advantageous.
