About the role
The Human Resources and Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative support to the Managing Director while overseeing core HR functions and internal compliance. This dual‑track role requires a proactive, organized professional who can balance people‑focused initiatives with executive assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, performance appraisals, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with local labour laws and company standards.
- Identify training needs with department heads and coordinate training sessions.
- Design and maintain internal compliance frameworks, conduct audits, document findings, and propose risk‑mitigation strategies.
- Support the Managing Director with calendar management, email triage, document preparation, meeting coordination, and follow‑up actions.
- Liaise between the MD, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in Human Resources, executive support, or business administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
