About the role
A reputable organization is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead core HR functions, manage employee relations, and support the company’s growth in Lagos.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
- Oversee performance management and staff development programmes.
- Handle payroll inputs, benefits administration, and maintain accurate HR records.
Required profile
- B.Sc. or HND in a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour legislation.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
