About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Human Resources Manager to join our team at the Lekki office. You will lead HR functions, ensuring compliance, fostering a positive workplace and supporting employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee relations processes.
• Develop and enforce HR policies while ensuring compliance with labour laws.
• Provide guidance on performance management and conduct performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
• Implement strategies to enhance team engagement and development.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Experience developing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.
• Proven ability to manage performance evaluation, training and development initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.
