About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and work from anywhere in the world. This freelance position lets you source and place candidates for real client roles while enjoying full flexibility and no traditional employment constraints.
Key responsibilities
- Find or upload high‑quality candidate profiles to the platform.
- Select real client roles from RecXchange’s job pool.
- Use built‑in AI matching tools to quickly pair candidates with openings.
- Collaborate with other recruiters or work independently as preferred.
- Earn a commission of $3,000‑$11,000 per successful hire.
Required profile
- Motivated individuals who want to earn from placements.
- Comfortable working remotely with self‑managed schedules.
- No prior recruiting experience required.
