Sales Manager - Land Banking & Real Estate

About the role

Taheel Group, a Nigerian company delivering high-tech, standards-driven services in real estate, contracting and construction, project financing, haulage and infrastructure, is expanding its land banking and real estate investment business in Abuja. It is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who has a passion for real estate, a strong track record in client acquisition and the drive to turn strategic land opportunities into high-value investments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new land banking opportunities and strategic investment deals.
• Develop and manage high-value relationships with landowners, private investors and corporate clients.
• Drive targeted marketing and sales campaigns for premium land and real estate assets.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets consistently.
• Conduct market intelligence, feasibility assessments and competitor analysis.
• Represent the brand at high-level events, site inspections and client negotiations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of active experience in Land Banking, Land Investment or Real Estate Sales/Marketing.
• A proven, verifiable track record of lead generation and closing premium transactions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with an executive, professional presentation.
