Head of Real Estate Sales

About the role

ResumeSurge Consulting, a recruitment consultancy, is recruiting a Head of Real Estate Sales to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth and expand its client's real estate business. The role reports to the Group Chief Executive Officer and is based in Abuja (FCT). Candidates must be able to independently source, negotiate and close real estate transactions of N500 million or more per deal.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, finance and legal teams to facilitate successful transactions.
• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and departmental targets.
• Identify, negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions of N500 million and above.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
• Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate investors and institutional clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Set sales KPIs, monitor performance and improve conversion rates.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and revenue updates for executive management.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and closure.
• Drive new business through prospecting, networking and partnerships.

Required profile

• Background in banking, financial services, real estate or another target-driven industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
• Experience building, leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong experience in business development, client acquisition and relationship management.
• Results-oriented, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, commercial awareness and leadership skills.
• Currently residing in Lagos and willing to relocate permanently to Abuja; relocation support is provided.

What we offer

• Probation: monthly salary of N1,000,000 - N1,200,000, relocation allowance, official vehicle.
• After confirmation: monthly salary of N1,500,000, pension and PAYE, comprehensive health insurance, housing allowance, professional development allowance of up to N1,000,000 annually, official vehicle.
