Senior Investment Advisor

About the role

Minka Estates Limited is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior Investment Advisor. The successful candidate will identify prospective investors and buyers, give informed real estate investment advice, build client relationships and turn investment opportunities into completed transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, property investment, wealth management or a similar commercial role.
• Demonstrable experience closing high-value property transactions and managing relationships with premium clients.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market, property investment fundamentals and real estate sales processes.
