Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing activities within the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for securing quality goods and services at the best value while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date supplier database and identify alternative sources.
• Conduct market research on prices, trends, and availability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Warehouse and other departments to understand procurement needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and support effective stock management.
• Resolve supplier‑related issues such as quality, pricing, delays, and discrepancies.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, supplier evaluations and other management reports.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in food or hospitality.
• Minimum OND or HND in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is an advantage.
