About the role
We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Floor Supervisor to oversee the dining area operations at our Lagos location. The role involves managing staff, ensuring service standards, and coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate sections, check grooming and attendance, brief the team, and prepare the dining area.
- Supervise reservations, seating, order taking, food delivery, table clearing, and guest follow‑up.
- Verify menu knowledge, order accuracy, and coordination with the kitchen and bar.
- Resolve routine service issues and escalate complaints or delays to the Restaurant Manager.
- Confirm bills, authorised discounts, and payment handover following approved procedures.
- Train wait staff and record shift incidents, feedback and outstanding actions.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- At least 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
