About the role
The Hotel Manager will lead daily operations and ensure high standards of guest service at our Lagos property. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a focus on revenue and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate staff to maintain service quality.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and guest relations.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, occupancy, and inventory.
- Resolve guest complaints and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards.
- Prepare operational and financial reports.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar hotel management role.
