About the role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Enugu location. The role involves ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and managing staff performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate restaurant staff and monitor their performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, sales, and operational expenses.
- Handle customer concerns and prepare operational reports for management.
Required profile
- B.Sc/HND/OND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
