Housekeeper - Restaurant

About the role

Simplygood Management And Services is hiring a full-time housekeeper for a restaurant in Marina, Lagos. The role keeps the dining areas, lounge, reception, corridors and other spaces clean and hygienic during operating hours, while supporting the restaurant's daily operations and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain dining areas, lounge, reception, corridors and other designated spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and polish floors regularly.
• Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, countertops, doors, windows and other furniture.
• Keep customer restrooms clean, disinfected and stocked with soap, tissues, air fresheners and hand towels.
• Empty waste bins regularly, follow waste separation and disposal procedures, and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Clean spills immediately and replenish restroom supplies.
• Carry out periodic deep cleaning of assigned areas as directed by management.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant and lounge for daily operations and special events, without disrupting customers.
• Report damaged furniture, plumbing, electrical issues, leaks and lost items to management or the supervisor.
• Comply with company hygiene, sanitation, health and safety policies.

Required profile

• A minimum of 1 year of experience.
• A minimum of an OND in a related field.
