Tele Sales Agent – E‑Commerce Fashion Brand

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Agent to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce fashion brand. You will engage both prospective and existing customers over the phone, promote our latest collections and special offers, and drive sales while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote fashion products and special offers.
• Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate product information.
• Convert leads into sales by presenting products and overcoming objections.
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and foster loyalty.
• Cross‑sell and upsell based on customer preferences.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, orders, and follow‑ups in the CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in telesales, sales, customer service, call‑center operations, or business development.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Professional appearance and excellent telephone etiquette.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
