Field Marketer

About the role

Kaldi Africa Ltd. is seeking a proactive Field Marketer to drive sales and distribution of its coffee products across Lagos and surrounding territories. The role involves building relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and other retail partners to increase market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Promote coffee and related products to hotels, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, wholesalers and open‑market traders.
• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to take orders, ensure proper product display and build strong business relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions and market trends, providing timely reports to management.
• Negotiate orders, pricing and promotional arrangements within approved company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, orders and market developments.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Proven experience in field marketing, sales or business development, preferably within FMCG, food, beverage or coffee industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories and possess a valid means of transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with basic sales/CRM reporting tools.
