Lead Generation Representative – Launchpad & Saleium

About the role

ChainGPT is seeking a Lead Generation Representative (LGR) to build the pipeline for its Launchpad and Saleium products. You will be the first point of contact for Web3 founders and token teams, opening conversations, qualifying opportunities, and passing strong leads to the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound lead generation for Launchpad and Saleium, researching and qualifying high‑potential Web3, crypto, and AI‑native projects.
• Prospect via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, X and use enrichment and automation tools (Kommo, Zapier, n8n, Lemlist, Make.com, AI‑assisted tools) to scale outreach.
• Run discovery calls to assess project fit, timing, fundraising plans and determine the best product (Launchpad or Saleium).
• Maintain CRM records, track outreach effectiveness, and deliver weekly pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and internal stakeholders to align messaging and ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development or outbound growth in a Web3, crypto, blockchain or AI‑focused company.
• Strong understanding of token launches, fundraising flows, DeFi, wallets, exchanges and ecosystem partnerships.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑moving remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and lead databases.
• Proficiency with outreach and automation platforms such as Kommo, Zapier, n8n, Lemlist, Make.com.
• Use of AI‑enabled prospecting tools.
• Effective communication via Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord and email.
