About the role
The Sales Executive will lead and coordinate the sales team to meet targets, develop strategies for growth and maintain strong customer relationships. This full‑time position is based in Marina, Lagos and reports to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer acquisition.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coach and support sales representatives to improve performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve sales‑related issues.
Required profile
- Minimum SSCE qualification.
- Previous sales or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of basic mathematics and computer literacy.
- Target‑driven, high integrity and professionalism.
- Residence around Agric, Ogolonto, Isawo, or Ikorodu Garage.
