Talent Acquisition Analyst – HR

About the role

Dangote Cement Plc is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Analyst to join its Human Resources team. You will drive strategic recruitment initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, operations and support functions, ensuring a steady pipeline of high‑calibre talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑to‑senior technical positions such as Plant Engineers, Production Managers and Maintenance Specialists.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, career fairs and passive candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create accurate job descriptions and manage the candidate experience.
• Conduct screening, interviews, assessments and reference checks while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
• Utilise and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track metrics, generate reports and support diversity goals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future engineering, manufacturing, logistics and project‑management needs.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive talent‑acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical and industrial roles in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian labour market.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
