Human Resources Manager – Full‑time, Lagos

About the role

RovRide is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Manager to lead the employee lifecycle in its Lekki Phase One office. You will shape HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and foster a safe, inclusive workplace for a fast‑growing transportation and mobility services company.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and offboarding.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
• Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and manage employee‑relations issues.
• Support learning and development initiatives and design compensation and benefits frameworks.
• Drive change‑management efforts and promote a fair, inclusive, and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Proficiency in HR policy development, legal compliance and handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR generalist or manager, preferably in a fast‑growing, operations‑focused organization.
