About the role
RovRide is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Manager to lead the employee lifecycle in its Lekki Phase One office. You will shape HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and foster a safe, inclusive workplace for a fast‑growing transportation and mobility services company.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and offboarding.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
- Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and manage employee‑relations issues.
- Support learning and development initiatives and design compensation and benefits frameworks.
- Drive change‑management efforts and promote a fair, inclusive, and safe work environment.
Required profile
- Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR policy development, legal compliance and handling confidential information.
- Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR generalist or manager, preferably in a fast‑growing, operations‑focused organization.
